Man it’s been a while since I’ve done anything with these two since I find it too slow to playthrough Gates to Inifinity. And a tad bit confusing but I’m sure I’ll get past that point eventually. Still, playing this after loving the Explorers games is jarring. I’ve been trying to get myself to finish it before I get Super Pokemon Mystery Dungeon since I do want to find out how it ends. Even if I think I know the plot twist.

Anyways I had this game for two years and I haven’t finished it yet. And you can know by this old picture of the first time I drew gijinkas of my starter and partner Pokemon. The improvement oh my god my old art was terrible. Since I was reminded of that, I decided to draw them up again because I like the designs I gave them a lot. Only slight changes were made but they are changes nonetheless and they look way better. I’m also aware of how both your partner and player are coded as male in the game but I didn’t know when I first drew these and even now I don’t care.

I want to talk more about them when I have the time to make more proper references with other ideas. But yeah, to motivate me to keep playing the game, I’m going to try and draw these two more. Keyword try while I also have me replaying Explorers of Sky.

You should draw my OC Brandon meeting your OC Brandon. Though I don’t know how often you draw him. I just remember seeing there was a guy named Brandon. I think it’d be interesting though.

The joke is that because they’re from a different realm they don’t know English.

(Ignore my lack of straight lines/logical linear perspective. I was mainly just doing this to get more comfortable with the brushes; I have a feeling I’m just going to be sticking to one solid brush, but the wet brush was at least pretty handy for the sky gradient. Also a little bit of webcomic practice never hurt.)

Thank you! I like this.

Also confused Brandon is quite confused.
