Since I’ve gotten into Love Live, there was a part of me that wanted to try and make Love Live OCs. I have at least names for all nine of the girls and I know which year they’re in, although some of them I’m still working on a design for. And I’d do art for Love Live itself if I had more ideas than simple things but… I may just do that anyways

So here are the second years of Marinsumi High School (if anyone has a better name I am open to them but it’s what I’m using for now)! From left to right, they are Ruri Katou, Megumi Tachibana and Ran Yumeno. I would’ve done a better background although for now, it’s mainly just a reference. Although in hindsight, I’m not fond of the colours I chose for the background. …Oh well. Also hey don’t have a group name yet but I’m open to suggestions.

Here’s some information about them under the cut. I tried to make it similar to some of the profiles in Love Live like seen in School Idol Festival and wherever the ones I found on TV Tropes are from (minus the three sizes because, while I know what they mean, I don’t know how to properly describe them). Some of it is pending and there could be things that are added but here you go!

I finished this in September I swear.

But i haven’t really done anything lately with art… It’s just difficult. I decided to draw some of my OC Morrigan whose Marilyn’s twin brother. Mostly as a type of colour reference I guess. Although for now, it’s something I drew for a mouse so that’s nice. He is my boy.

Also what kind of magic is this. I’m sorry I’m very tired.

This took me longer than it should’ve to completely finish this honestly but I’m glad to have it done. Basically though, I’ve been wanting to redesign some of my characters (maybe all of them) at least in terms of clothes. I wanted Arisu to look more like a regular high school student at least in terms of her having her own look from her school beforehand so here we go!

I even gave her a different way to tie her hair back along with a cute butterfly hair clip! And I think this looks quite good, I’m happy with the new design.

So on the PBG HC Discord server, we’ve been playing Terraria with Softcore characters on multiplayer to get some progress done (especially while Terraria 3 was going on) and I made a character using “Random” and I got this character whom I dubbed Marilyn.

While playing with my friends, Marilyn has become my favourite Terraria character from all the ones I’ve made (as well as the one based on my OC, Thomas)! She’s a witch or at least wants to be a full fledged magic one who just loves slimes. Among everybody on this “island” as we’ve called the Discord world, she’s considered Team Mom ‘cause she’s probably the most responsible. Her main weapons (since the only magic she’s been able to use is summon her familiar, Gavin via Slime Staff) are yo-yos and guns.

One of her biggest pet peeves is when she finds out people are much more adept at magic than her and do nothing with it (i.e., her brother and Sprite). Also if you take a look at a picture of her, you’d think she’s a lot shorter but she’s like the tallest from all of them.

100 Themes Challenge – 14. Smile

At this point, I don’t know how much of this is is part vent art. Or just observations I’ve made. Regardless, it’s good to get another one of these done. Yeah remember when I was working on this challenge?

This has been a hard month for me and I was worried i wouldn’t get this finished. Fortunately for me I did get some time to get it done. Although I’m not 100% satisfied with it, I’m glad it looks pretty good for what I imagined with this.

OC October (2016 Edition) Day 31 – Drake (and Kala)

Happy Halloween guys! Here is what I’ve drawn up for both the last dayof OC October and Halloween this year!

Kala wants to go to one of the places having special activities for Halloween (like with a haunted house and hay ride and whatever). Drake is excited since he likes those places and she promised they’d go trick-or-treating afterwards.

It sure ended up being hard to try and get this done and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to finish this for today. But fortunately I have. And you may notice that I’m trying something new with the eyes. I like this way of colouring them in and I may use this from now on. I’d like to practice some more to see how else they look.

Gosh! I’ve had these for a while! Sorry it took me a while. Midterms and written assignments just nailed me in the face last weekend and I almost had this done. Could’ve done it earlier but I really had to focus on papers.

I chose a squirrel kigurumi for Webber ‘cause when I imagine animals for him, I always imagine a squirrel for some reason… That or a chipmunk.
