I got bored and did that ask thing of the fandom things with my DR OCs without changing the questions up when it asks “I’d like to see” and whatever because I didn’t care. And maybe make obscure references to my characters of things I haven’t revealed of.
So. I managed to get the thing working with pictures but I figured out that if I wanted it to work with pictures, I needed a picture with EVERYTHING. I wanted to try using the other half of the OCs I have but couldn’t because, as I said, some of them don’t even have a picture, let alone a sprite I can use for those since I haven’t cared enough yet.
So as you can see, I added Fire Emblem characters. I played around with the simulation with Fire Emblem characters (Ricken won that round) and decided to add four of the marriages in my game. Cherche, Virion, Lissa, Ricken, Maribelle, Chrom, Cordelia and Kellam.
Some of the things I did was put the females first rather than males to see if that’d do anything (probably not but worth a shot :/) and I also changed the districts again with my OCs. Some of the pairs did not change but at least most of the districts did!
So this will be VERY interesting. And awkward considering how different the pictures will look like. Let’s get started, shall we? (Fire Emblem icons were made by darkknight-tactician-ayla and can be found here)
Look who FINALLY managed to get the damn thing working. So I decided, since I wanted to play around with it, I’d use my Dangan Ronpa OCs. EXCEPT. It requires 24 tributes, I only have 16 that a lot of people know about since I don’t shut up about them. So I used the random number generator to randomly decide from some other OCs I have who I have no revealed all of yet (some don’t even have a set design. They have concepts like Masashi being agender but I’m still deciding things on some of them).
The districts were chosen with a random number generator so they’re completely random too. Also, they’re just names for now since I do have some pictures for them but I haven’t gotten the chance to use them. That’ll be used another time but this is what I have for now. Maybe another time.
So enjoy the progress of what occurred along with snarky commentary from yours truly. Sorry that it’s gonna get long. And if you need visuals of what they look like, here is what the first sixteen of them look like and here are the sprites of Christina, Rong, Jackie and Yasmin. since they are the only four among the random ones chosen who have a design.
I finally finished it. Since I finally decided to give Isabella a new redesign, I knew it was only right to update her neutral sprite (and eventually her intro card) and I have finally done it. I decided to actually give a pattern to the shirt underneath since it occurred to me that just making it pink would be boring. If anything, I improved the color scheme along with the skin tone since I realized the one I usually use isn’t that great and I should REALLY consider finding new skin tone colors.
I think the one I usually use is one that I found from the color picker. … Mmm… I’m gonna need more bases for skin color. But that doesn’t matter. One of the issues I had with Isabella is that I was hoping she didn’t look “lolita like” since that wasn’t my intention with her. Now, while others have informed me “she looks fine”, I can’t assure myself that and I think I can finally put those worries to rest. I like the new design. I like how I can use the fact she’s wearing a sweater like that to my advantage now when drawing her. So yeah. I’m happy now. And I think I’ll take a break from changing up designs because I am now officially satisfied with all my character’s designs.
… Now we see how long it’ll be before I make a new one for someone else… Urf…
Did some edits to the sprite. My reason for that is being that I used the wrong sprite when trying to start considering I didn’t remember the name I gave to her new sprite. And you know what? The sprite looks even better.

Made some more sprites for some other female Dangan Ronpa OCs I have. I made these for the sake of experimenting and trying to see if I’m able to make them properly.
The first girl is named Jackie Anders and she’s a surfer. I think she looks pretty nice! I like how her sprite came out.
The second girl is named Yasmin Diallo. She’s a tattoo artist. I’m debating on changing her jacket and shirt color. They look pretty… out there. I don’t know why but I kinda don’t agree with the colors. Unfortunately, I don’t know what I want to make her jacket and shirt colors.
The last girl is named Elanor Lavoie. She’s a student governor. … Hey, if there can be a hall monitor, I don’t think a student governor is out of th question. I mean, it IS a school thing. … Right? … Anyways she was good practice because she’s a round lady and so that’s different for me. But I do plan on adjusting some things. Mostly with the face.
Aaand last sprite redone I’m doing! This time with Delmar! I’m very happy with how this came out! I also decided to add some buttons to his waist coat to try and make it look more like a waist coat I guess.
Arms are still a problem though! That hasn’t changed at all.
New sprite for Setsuko. I know I’ve re-done her sprites before but I wanted to give her a new sprite too as long as I’ve been doing it for basically everyone. So why the hell not?
Anyways yeah. I think I’ve made her jacket look more like a jacket. I think…
Anyways yeah. Also I tried to make her hair look less like Koizumi’s. So that’s a thing. I kinda like it but expect adjustments. I think she looks more like a SHSL Good Luck now! Maybe! 😀
I’m liking this one better and I made his scarf look more like a scarf! But that scarf is going to be harder to draw. I dunno if I’ll make a version with his jacket and glasses on to be honest.
