Inktober 2018 – Day 13 (Guarded)

I meant to upload this yesterday but then I got busy and didn’t have tie to and just wanted to sleep even though I didn’t end up sleeping until 3am to look at Mystery Skulls Animated stuff.

Anyways, I’m not going to put the “late” mention anyways because I did finish this on the day. Also remember these guys? Haven’t drawn them in a while and I’ve been doing some character redesigning by making things look a bit better with the designs. There are a lot of things I want to work on in terms of stories and characters. I oughta re-draw them again with references.

Inktober 2018 – Day 9 (Precious)

I’m sorry I got distracted looking at old posts in my tumblr tags that I forgot to post this.

Anyways, this was pretty hard for me to think of because like some of the other themes, I wasn’t sure what my idea would be. And did I convey it well? Ehhhhhh… It was hard. Although it is one of the first times I’ve drawn one of my Detective Akiyama characters in a while. I should really try to redesign them and actually finish a line-up with some of my “Main characters”.

Inktober 2018 – Day 4 (Spell)

Dumb boy tries to use forbidden magic despite being told all his life not to.

Anyways I wanted to draw a more concrete (I guess?) design in how he looked before things happened. ‘Cause this is what he looks like currently. And honestly, this turned out very good.

Except the mouth. I messed up inking the mouth but everything else looks great.

Doodles from June 11 2017 – June 17 2017

Gosh sorry about not posting for the past two days. I forgot on Sunday because of the Terraria 3 chibis I made and yesterday because I just… forgot. But here we go!

I’ve doodled Lucah quite a bit ‘cause I especially like her in Part 23 of Terraria 3. Then I have a quick doodle I’ve done of Hana and Asagao!Dean of some sort of headcanon I have (mostly him showing her some other phone games she can try). Then I have some OC doodles, and @who-needs-a-map‘s Terraria character Rina/Dean Fucker. Really not much I can say other than that!

Doodles from March 12 2017 – March 18 2017

So this is what I have this week. Slowly getting back into doing OC things and maybe other fandom things like Pokemon (those icons will be done eventually. …Eventually…)

The only thing I’m going to talk about is how I’m working on something to show off some of the characters I’ve done with Detective Akiyama. I’ve thoughts of another character whose usually the guy who serves as a coroner. His name’s Hiroyuki Mori. Hopefully I can say more other than that when I finish colouring that in. I’ve also done more work for Izanami’s design yet I still like drawing her in a yukata. She probably wears one at home. Though I have an idea for casual clothes.

And if you’re wondering about the doodle with Satch, it was based around something I talked about with the HC Discord server. Basically, it was the idea of an AU where Satch is a bad boy but his personality is the same. That’s all I have to say really.

At the moment, looking through the things I’ve doodled throughout the week, there aren’t many things in particular I’d like to post. I mean I do have a set of doodles here with OC doodles… But I literally drew almost all of these yesterday evening. So it doesn’t feel fair. I’m still looking but for now, I’m posting these ones separately.

I’m happy with these. I’ve been working on changing up Akiyama and Koizumi’s designs a bit because they looked messy when I first drew and coloured them in. I don’t know if this makes them less interesting (particularly with Koizumi) but I like what I have so far. They have to adapt to how I’ve been drawing now so.

I also drew different outfits for them like casual wear. Although I didn’t know Michi’s was the hoodie of someone from DMMD. But they look pretty cute. I’ll change it to still be bunny-themed but at least it gives a general idea.

It’s late as heck. For me at least. But while I’m here, I want to show this.

I was looking through my sketchbook and found doodles I’ve done a year ago. Looking at it, my people just keep improving even from a year so I drew a comparison next to 2015 Taylor to show the difference.

I’m proud of my progress no matter how small.

OC October (2016 Edition) Day 31 – Drake (and Kala)

Happy Halloween guys! Here is what I’ve drawn up for both the last dayof OC October and Halloween this year!

Kala wants to go to one of the places having special activities for Halloween (like with a haunted house and hay ride and whatever). Drake is excited since he likes those places and she promised they’d go trick-or-treating afterwards.

It sure ended up being hard to try and get this done and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to finish this for today. But fortunately I have. And you may notice that I’m trying something new with the eyes. I like this way of colouring them in and I may use this from now on. I’d like to practice some more to see how else they look.
